It shouldn’t really matter if it’s one company or many as long as every touch point and communication piece supports the brand, the proposition and the creative concept. Saying that, sometimes it’s hard for clients to manage five different agencies in charge of one fifth of the communication puzzle.

Yes Martyn I agree that function could definitely work. Especially if they have all the right / tried & tested contacts in each of the fields. It would make sense to go with them.

But you might find one company that provides the core communications strategy role and who in turn can outsource on behalf of the client.

Interesting to hear what these business people have to say about marketing services. I agree that it would be a rare find to have ONE company that could perform all those activities well.
