The Customer Learning Curve
There’s nothing better than to start the new year with some fresh ideas. The Customer Learning Curve is showing that your target audience is made of different people in different stages of their relationship with your brand. Check it out and let me know what you think:

Great stuff. When we launched FRANkVizeum we chalked stencils around Melbourne and Sydney http://frankvizeum.com.au/2009/06/18/new-beginnings which questioned the wisdom of broad targeting (eg “People aged 25-54″) alas most people missed the point preferring to focus on the fact that we’d used stencils as a means of communication.
The customer learning curve is simple, adaptable and a nice way to morph media and creative solutions.

Great stuff Tamir. The recognition that the same individual can be in a different mindspace dependent on their place on the curve is often replaced by a “snapshot” approach.
Great presentation Tamir. Will come in very useful. Thanks.
